Having spent months listening to (well meaning) advice regarding my young Springer’s food, toppers, amounts etc, I am so relieved to have found Richard. My dog has had soft or loose stools since we got her at 12 weeks. One month on from starting this food her stools are firmer and normal. Her coat is softer and she is finally beginning to gain weight. Richard has been super responsive and highly informative. I’m so grateful. Best of all, I can now relax in the knowledge that we have found a great food and everything is so simple. Thank you.

This is our fifth bag of this food, we have transitioned our dog between Lamb, Chicken and now Salmon flavours and he is doing really well. We have had no issues at all which is a miracle in itself as our Border Terrier has a very sensitive tum. I would recommend anyone to give this food a try.

After corresponding with Richard regarding our dogs hairloss and sensitive tum, we decided to change food to the companies own brand. We are slowly changing from the old kibble to the new and so far so good. Our Border was on a dog food with just one flavour , he has been eating this for around 18 months and we began to wonder whether the hairloss was caused by his food. We have had blood tests done by the vet and nothing sinister was found. Richard gave us advice about food rotation. Fingers crossed this helps our boy.

This is my fourth bag and under the new instructions i can confirm all four of m dogs are showing huge improvements. I'm not sure if its the food, or the strategy Richard and Emma gave us or both maybe?

But our eyes can physically see the difference and its brilliant.

We no longer need the vets or the copious amounts of cream and tablets as the vet has said its all gone, what we didn't tell them is we stopped using them a very long time ago.

I simply cannot recommend Richard & Emma enough, they are so helpful and friendly and i 100% understand when they say, their system follows simple Biology and their biggest enemy would be our lack of discipline!

We contacted Richard and Emma in July 2024. All three of our dogs 1,2 & 4 had various problems and our friends recommended them. So we asked for a consultation.

It was very easy to understand and extremely helpful. We decided a few days later to follow their advice and start on their sweet potato range and as recommended, rotate.

We were at a loss and had nothing to lose. The dogs still needed feeding.

We kept in contact and to be fair, their was little or no change after 2 months.

Without boring anybody, we di then start to notice improvements in all three dogs.

I do this review in March 2025 to simply say ALL THREE dogs appear to be fixed. They are like new dogs and just happier. We stick to Richard & Emma's advice like glue now as we thought we might have lost one of our pups!

Everything we were told and explained happened. Richard even said, "One Bag Wont Fix Everything"

I'm on the 4th bag now and Richard And Emmas advice has been second to none! The advice that I have followed to the letter has slowly changed my dog from worrying me about hid health to, what I can only describe as a new and defiantly happier dog.

I understood what I was doing wrong, but I had no clue the damage of what I was doing was so destructive. I cant put into words how happy I am actually seeing the difference and getting the Amino Acids that my dog was missing into him and as you will learn, getting the right amounts.

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect ot get such detailed advice regarding my dogs health problems. Too many to mention. But I contacted Richard & Emma in June 2024 and they explained nutrition in a way even I understood.

February 2025 and both my dogs skin, fur, breath and poo problems have just gone. We followed the strict advice, weigh our dogs and measure out their food and oh my lord, it has worked. I simply do not have the vocabulary to get across how this has helped my beautiful babies.

I am over whelmed and I can not thank Richard and Emma enough for their mazing help, advice, knowledge and their service.

I don't have the words to give this feedback. My dogs are on their 3 bag and having followed Richard and Emma's advice I can confirm the change, for the better, is absolutely incredible.

What I do need to explain is the Richard and Emma's advice, is so much easier than you think and the beauty of what they do is the explain why you are doing what they suggest. Not only is it simple its actually quite obvious, and as a direct result my dogs rashes have almost gone and they love the food.

We rotate now as suggested knowing that my dogs, my beautiful loving dogs are getting all the nutrition their bodies crave!

We also understand, this is probably the first time in their lives that they have! and that is our fault! but not anymore.

Outstanding advice and the difference in my dogs is there to see. 3 bags nd all three are so much easier to clean up after and their coats are so very soft. You could use them as pillows lol. My big lad Ozzy had a skin problem that has without a doubt cleared up!!! and we rotate the food as suggested. Highly recommended 100/100

My dogs have changed for the better within 6 months. We followed the plan and had it all explained. I wasn't sure at first but the advice is incredible because I have the evidence sat next to me as I type. Highly Recommended 10/10 all day long.

What a find! We were having so many problems with our dogs and tried this company. The advice and guidance from Richard was and remains next level. He explained the fix will take time and discipline on our part, but we were so desperate we gave it a whirl.

After 6 bags we noticed a huge difference in all three of our dogs. The relief, the gains the progress the improvements were obvious and i have to admit the relief made us both cry. This may sound over emotional, but when you love your dogs and see them getting healthier during a time you thought they were only getting worse was a miracle in itself.

5 bags now and the difference in our dogs is way past amazing. My husband says its a miracle. Both are happier, their coat improvement is a joy to see and they are in all departments just better dogs. It has been eye opening and the advice we have got has been explained so politely.

The only way I can explain this is that Richard and Emma explain things so "WE" understand why we are doing something they suggest. They are very knowledgeable.

Could recommend them enough and we will never shop anywhere else.

It has taken 5 bags for my dogs problems to disappear. Far too many to mention.

My Dog has had a really bad skin irritation for a couple of years and we have spent a small fortune trying to fix it. We met Richard and Emma as they were delivering some new food for us.

In a nutshell, we went with their Nutritional advice and all i am going to say is, after 2 bags there was an improvement and after five bags the problem appears to have gone!

Our dog seems different, with a much more enthusiastic approach to life. Which tells me he must have been in pain.

We are so pleased and the advice was free, understandable and it works.

We were recommended go Richard and Emma. Our Dogs were both suffering from really bad rashes and we were at the end of our tether trying to find a solution. Having explained all this t Richard, he calmly explained what the problem was and then a solution.

We tried it, mainly because we were desperate but we are overwhelmed to confirm BOTH our Dogs are rash free and so much better than before.

Their coats are defiantly softer and I think thicker but my husband just think thicker.

I never thought a change in the way we bring our dogs up, better food and a few simple tweaks would make such a difference.

My beautiful Dogs are back to how we want them to be.

I cant recommend Richard and Emma enough. I owe them so much and have not hesitated in doing this review.
