Out Of Stock Procedure

From time to time some Treats or Accessories may not be immediately available on time for your delivery. We become more annoyed than you do. We promise.

Should this happen, we will offer you two options via Email. We will ALWAYS let you know.

Option 1. We will deliver to you as normal everything that we have, and deliver the missing item once we have it in stock. We will keep you informed of the stock status periodically. No matter how low value the out of stock item might be, we will deliver it, the day after we have it in stock.

Option 2. Offer you a refund for the missing item and deliver what we do have.

Please understand we use a few major suppliers and go direct wherever possible. We carry our own stock on popular items and have deliveries always coming to us, daily.

From time to time however, suppliers/manufacturers, out of the blue, have problems delivering certain lines. There is nothing we can do. There is nothing anyone can do other than wait.

On the rare occasion there is a long term out of stock, our website will “Freeze” that item so you cannot buy it.

If we can’t get the item missing, nobody else can. Anyone who still has this stock on their shelves, is not only fortunate, but they also may not even know about the supply delay. They will however, still be charging more than we do. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed to demonstrate our appreciation of your patience.
