Returns

▪️ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery only

▪️ Example: Item delivered on 1st can be returned until 15^th

2. Receive confirmation email within 48 hours

3. We'll contact you within 1-2 working days to arrange collection

▪️ All items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging

▪️ Tags and security seals must be intact

▪️ We'll take photos for verification

▪️ Non-defective items: £4.99 per collection attempt and a processing fee of 5% (deducted from refund)

▪️ Defective items: Free exchange (photo evidence required)

▪️ We only accept returns via our collection service

▪️ Third party returns are not accepted

▪️ Safe place for collection recommended for efficiency

2. We'll collect within 1-2 working days

3. Inspection on collection

4. Refund processed within 24 hours if all conditions met

1. Report via "Contact Us" with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery

2. Free exchange if fault confirmed

3. Two free exchange attempts

4. £4.99 charge for third attempt (if needed)
