1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.
2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.
3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.
4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

This is a complete, super premium dog food for large and giant breed adult dogs with particularly sensitive skin and/or digestion. This gentle recipe excludes grains and cereals and contains fresh ocean white fish as an easily digestible source of protein. It has a larger kibble size for a bigger bite and increased levels of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, which can help maintain supple, strong joints and cartilage, especially important in large and giant breeds. This diet also includes a blend of nutrient-rich superfood ingredients.
