Beaphar Ear Cleaner is specially formulated to aid the removal of ear wax and other debris from your dog’s ear canal. This gentle, but effective ear cleaner is alcohol-free and will not irritate the ear. Beaphar Ear Cleaner contains cetrimide to provide a mild antiseptic action, along with cooling menthol to soothe any skin irritation in the ear. In addition, Beaphar Ear Cleaner contains MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) which is known in human healthcare for its properties in supporting healthy skin. Upon contact with skin, MSM helps to rejuvenate cells, leaving the skin moisturised and soothed. Ear mites generally thrive in dirty ears which often have wax build-up. Regular cleaning with Beaphar Ear Cleaner can help to prevent ear mites and other ear problems in your dog. Suitable for dogs from 12 weeks of age. IMPORTANT: Do not use if your dog is under veterinary supervision for an ear problem unless your vet has advised you to do so.

  • Easy To Use: A soft applicator nozzle is included to support targeted application. Gently place the nozzle to the entrance of the ear canal and apply drops directly.
  • Suitable For All Dogs: For dogs from 12 weeks old.

Instructions

  1. Prime the applicator nozzle and place the end at the entrance of the ear canal.
  2. Squeeze in 6–8 drops and gently massage the ear canal (at the base of the ear) from the outside to help the cleaning process.
  3. Wipe any excess cleaner and dislodged wax from the top of the ear canal with cotton wool or tissues.
  4. Repeat the process until the cotton wool or tissue is clean after wiping the top of the ear canal. To prevent cross contamination always use a new piece of cotton wool or tissue for each ear.

Beaphar Ear Cleaner should be used twice weekly to prevent the build-up of wax and other debris in the ear canal. IMPORTANT: Only clean areas you can see and DO NOT attempt to push anything down the ear canal (e.g. a cotton-bud) as this may damage the lining of the ear or even damage the ear drum.

Our area of operation at this time is the following: (If you live outside of the postcodes below you will not be able to place an order)

  • Worksop: S80 and S81
  • Retford: DN22 6 and DN22 7
  • Mansfield: NG15, NG18, NG19, NG20, NG21
  • Sutton in Ashfield: NG17
  • Sheffield: S13, S20, S21, S25 and S26

Firstly, Delivery is FREE. Whatever you order, we will deliver it to you, if you live in our area of operation for FREE.

All orders will be delivered within 2-6 working days. (Not including weekends or public holidays).

All customers will receive an Email to confirm the day delivery will be attempted (Usually the day before). We do not currently give you a timed delivery slot but we will give you either an AM or PM Slot.

Please remember, once on our van, your items will be part of a delivery round. The days we deliver to your area will be shown to you on the Checkout page and on your Order Confirmation Email.

To have an improved and more efficient experience it is “Highly” recommended to leave a safe place to deliver to, should you not be in. However, all responsibility for your delivery will be yours. We will provide an Email with an image to prove the delivery was executed to your request. This policy is in line with the likes of Amazon, DPD etc…

We offer two delivery attempts for free. We will inform you of the first failed delivery and when the second will be attempted. It happens. We have no derogatory opinion what so ever when this happens. It happens 😊

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will process a refund minus “TWO” failed deliveries charged at £4.99 per delivery. So, your refund will be the original amount paid minus £9.98. This is because at this point, we are out of pocket. 

Out Of Stock Procedure

From time to time some Treats or Accessories may not be immediately available on time for your delivery. We become more annoyed than you do. We promise.

Should this happen, we will offer you two options via Email. We will ALWAYS let you know.

Option 1. We will deliver to you as normal everything that we have, and deliver the missing item once we have it in stock. We will keep you informed of the stock status periodically. No matter how low value the out of stock item might be, we will deliver it, the day after we have it in stock.

Option 2. Offer you a refund for the missing item and deliver what we do have.

Please understand we use a few major suppliers and go direct wherever possible. We carry our own stock on popular items and have deliveries always coming to us, daily.

From time to time however, suppliers/manufacturers, out of the blue, have problems delivering certain lines. There is nothing we can do. There is nothing anyone can do other than wait.

On the rare occasion there is a long term out of stock, our website will “Freeze” that item so you cannot buy it.

If we can’t get the item missing, nobody else can. Anyone who still has this stock on their shelves, is not only fortunate, but they also may not even know about the supply delay. They will however, still be charging more than we do. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed to demonstrate our appreciation of your patience. 

Returns Policy

To ensure that your Return/Exchange/Refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the procedures we have taken time to explain.

All returns are strictly collection by us only. We do NOT accept third party returns.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your delivery.

So, for example, any item(s) delivered on the 1st of the month can be returned up to the 15th of the month. Any return requests made 15 or more days after delivery will be strictly declined.

Return requests must be through our “Contact Us” page on this website. A Returns Confirmation Email of your request will be sent within 48 hours. We will contact you within 2-6 working days to offer a collection date.

ALL items must be returned in an unused condition in its original packaging and with any tags or security seals intact. Strictly. Watch the video below which explains our very strict returns procedure.

Non-Defective Items will incur a £2.99 collection charge (per attempt) which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is due to a defective product, we will ask for photographic evidence as this is what we will be asked for from our supplier. We will then arrange an “Exchange” which will be carried out Free of charge.

To make this process more efficient, it is advised to provide a safe place for delivery and or collection whenever possible.
