💰 How Points Work

▪️ You can cash in points in multiples of 100 (minimum 100 points)

▪️ 100 points = £1 off your order

▪️ Points are added to your account once your order is delivered

 

 ✅ To Redeem Your Points:

▪️ At your bag, log in to your account (if you’re not already)

▪️ Look for the purple box just above the "Continue to Bag" button, above the total price

▪️ This shows your current points total – click "Cash In"

▪️ Click the purple arrow next to "Spend Your Points"

▪️ Use the slider to choose how many points you want to use

▪️ The slider will show the points selected and the discount amount

▪️ Press "Cash In"

▪️ A code will appear in a grey box

▪️ Click "Apply Discount to this Order"

▪️ Click the "X" at the top right to return to your bag

▪️ Your discount will now appear just below the purple box

Done! Your points are now applied as an extra discount 🎉

💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request).

1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.

2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.

3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.

4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands. If you place an order for delivery to these destinations, your order will be refunded, but please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
