⏰ Delivery Process:

💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request).

1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.

2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.

3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.

4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

📦 Occasional Stock Issues

▪️ Despite our best efforts, items may sometimes be unavailable

▪️ This is rare, but it can happen (and it annoys us more than you!)

📧 Our Promise to You If an item is out of stock:

1. We'll email you as soon as possible (always the same/next day)

2. We'll provide an estimated availability date, when possible

3. You can then decide how to proceed with your order

📦 Bulk Order Policy

Any order containing more than one unit of the same item will be classified as a bulk order. In the event that we can only deliver part of the bulk order the next day and a refund for the remaining items is requested, our processing fee of 5% will apply to the refunded amount.

For any outstanding items that cannot be immediately delivered, we will provide periodic email updates to keep you informed of the progress and expected delivery timelines.

📸 Condition of Returns

▪️ All items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging

▪️ Tags and security seals must be intact

▪️ We'll take photos for verification

💷 Collection Charges

▪️ Non-defective items: £4.99 per collection attempt and a processing fee of 5% (deducted from refund)

▪️ Defective items: Free exchange (photo evidence required)
