1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.

2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.

3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.

4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Simpsons Premium Senior/Light with Chicken & Rice is a nutritious balanced diet specifically formulated for mature dogs, overweight dogs, neutered dogs or dogs that have a tendency to gain weight easily. Also suitable as a maintenance diet for dogs with a bigger appetite but who do not need to gain weight. This product is lower in oil and calories than our adult range and contains twice as much Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, making it ideal for Senior dogs or dogs who suffer from joint stiffness.
