💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request).
1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.
2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.
3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.
4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

The Toothbrush & Toothpaste Dental Care Kit for Puppies offers daily protection for your puppy’s teeth, resulting in fresher breath and healthy gums. Beaphar Toothpaste contains two enzymes that fight bacteria and break down plaque. The soft-grip toothbrush is small enough for most puppies, and has different length bristles to help you to reach all your puppy's teeth, even the hard-to-reach areas in their mouth. The toothbrush bristles are soft and flexible for optimal protection of the gums. Beaphar Toothpaste is fluoride-free and readily accepted by puppies due to its delicious liver flavour.

Instructions:
It is important to introduce your puppy to teeth cleaning slowly. The following steps should be achieved gradually. Do not move onto the next step until your puppy is happy with the current step. The duration and frequency of each step needs to be built up steadily to avoid teeth cleaning becoming a stressful experience for both you and your puppy.
- Lift your puppy's lips to expose the teeth. Reinforce this by giving them lots of praise.
- Once your puppy is used to having their mouth touched on the outside, start running your finger along their teeth.
- When they are accustomed to this, introduce them to a small amount of Beaphar Puppy Toothpaste. Place some on your finger, allowing them to lick it off. The toothpaste is liver-flavoured and most pets love it.
- When they are used to the taste and texture of the toothpaste, and having their mouth touched you can start to introduce the Beaphar Puppy Toothbrush. To do this, simply wet the bristles on the toothbrush and place some Beaphar Toothpaste on it.
- Allow your puppy to investigate and lick the delicious liver-flavoured toothpaste off the toothbrush. Be sure to give them plenty of praise.
- When they are comfortable with each of the steps, it is time to combine all elements of the training. Start by brushing a few teeth on this session and gradually build-up each time until all their teeth can be cleaned.
Replace the toothbrush after three months, or sooner if the bristles look worn. By this time your puppy should be ready to move onto the Beaphar Toothbrush. Always have fresh drinking water available.

📦 Bulk Order Policy
Any order containing more than one unit of the same item will be classified as a bulk order. In the event that we can only deliver part of the bulk order the next day and a refund for the remaining items is requested, our processing fee of 5% will apply to the refunded amount.
For any outstanding items that cannot be immediately delivered, we will provide periodic email updates to keep you informed of the progress and expected delivery timelines.
