 Delivery Process:

💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request).

1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.

2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.

3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.

4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

✅ Small Parcels: Up to 2kg and no larger than 44x35x14cm – £3.99

✅ Large Parcels: Over 2kg or larger than 44x35x14cm – £5.99

 Delivery Process:

1. Order Processing: Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day.

2. Tracking Updates: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is dispatched.

3. Delivery Options: If you’re not home, our couriers may attempt to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.

4. Couriers will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the courier's guidance to arrange redelivery at your convenience.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Islands. If you place an order for delivery to these destinations, your order will be refunded, but please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted.

Beaphar Toothpaste is readily accepted due to its meaty flavour, and regular tooth brushing can become a fun part of your dog's oral hygiene routine. Brushing helps dislodge plaque, then the toothpaste’s special formula goes into action, with two enzymes that fight bad bacteria and help break down hidden plaque.

Instructions:

It is important to introduce your dog to teeth cleaning slowly. The following steps should be achieved gradually. Do not move onto the next step until your dog is happy with the current step. The duration and frequency of each step needs to be built up steadily to avoid teeth cleaning becoming a stressful experience for both you and your dog. 

  1. Lift your dog’s lips to expose the teeth. Reinforce this by giving them lots of praise. 
  2. Once your dog is used to having their mouth touched on the outside, start running your finger along their teeth.
  3. When they are accustomed to this, introduce them to a small amount of Beaphar Toothpaste. Place some on your finger, allowing them to lick it off. The toothpaste is liver-flavoured and most dogs love it. 
  4. When they are used to the taste and texture of the toothpaste, and having their mouth touched you can start to introduce the Beaphar Toothbrush. To do this, simply wet the bristles on the toothbrush and place some Beaphar Toothpaste on it.
  5. Allow your dog to investigate and lick the delicious liver-flavoured toothpaste off the toothbrush. Be sure to give them plenty of praise.
  6. When they are comfortable with each of the steps, it is time to combine all elements of the training. Start by brushing a few teeth on this session and gradually build-up each time until all their teeth can be cleaned.

Replace the Beaphar Toothbrush after three months, or sooner if the bristles look worn. Ensure you thoroughly clean the Beaphar Toothbrush after each use. Always have fresh drinking water available.

📦 Bulk Order Policy

Any order containing more than one unit of the same item will be classified as a bulk order. In the event that we can only deliver part of the bulk order the next day and a refund for the remaining items is requested, our processing fee of 5% will apply to the refunded amount.
