1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.

2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.

3. Minimum order is £10.

💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request). You're responsible for items left in your designated safe place.

🔄 Redelivery:

1. We offer two free delivery attempts.

2. After two unsuccessful attempts, we'll process a refund minus £9.98 (£4.99 per failed delivery).

📦 Bulk Order Policy

Any order containing more than one unit of the same item will be classified as a bulk order. In the event that we can only deliver part of the bulk order the next day and a refund for the remaining items is requested, our processing fee of 5% will apply to the refunded amount.

For any outstanding items that cannot be immediately delivered, we will provide periodic email updates to keep you informed of the progress and expected delivery timelines.

▪️ Defective items: Free exchange (photo evidence required)
