💡 Top Tip: Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're out. We'll take a photo as proof of delivery (available on request).
1. You'll receive an email by 11am on delivery day with your 1 hour time slot.
2. Once allocated, we can't change your delivery time.
3. If you're not home: We'll attempt to find a location at your property to leave your delivery. We'll document this with photographs of both the delivered items and your property frontage for verification. Please note that once delivered, the items become your responsibility.
4. If delivery isn't possible: We'll contact you via phone and/or email to arrange a redelivery. A £3.50 fee applies for the second delivery attempt. If you choose to cancel, a £4.99 delivery fee plus 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that leather is a natural, porous product. If the leather becomes wet, some colour run of the natural dye may happen. Leather leads ought not be saturated with water. If the lead becomes saturated, allow it to air-dry naturally and do not use heat to speed the drying process. To keep the item in tip-top shape, we recommend treating with a leather conditioner annually.

📦 Bulk Order Policy
Any order containing more than one unit of the same item will be classified as a bulk order. In the event that we can only deliver part of the bulk order the next day and a refund for the remaining items is requested, our processing fee of 5% will apply to the refunded amount.
For any outstanding items that cannot be immediately delivered, we will provide periodic email updates to keep you informed of the progress and expected delivery timelines.
